Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program helps low-income households pay their home heating and cooling bills. It operates in every state and the District of Columbia, as well as within most tribal reservations and U.S. territories. Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program can provide help with past-due utility bills or ongoing assistance with energy costs to help distressed renters avoid shut-offs and keep current on expenses.
