Cincinnati Kroger Bargaining Committee Still Considering Proposal

UFCW Local 75 and Kroger held negotiations last week for the contract covering members in Cincinnati (and potentially Dayton) Area stores; your Union Bargaining Committee is continuing to review the latest comprehensive proposal.

We know that the process has been long, and we appreciate your patience. But, merging two contracts, and all of their provisions, is a complicated and time-consuming process. If we are able to reach a tentative agreement, we want to make sure that any changes to your contract are as manageable as possible.

Your Union Bargaining Committee has been working to negotiate an agreement that improves language, protects affordable health care benefits, and guarantees wage increases.

The Cincinnati Kroger contract remains on extension. Your wages and benefits will not change as a result of the contract extension; the extension includes retroactivity.
